The Hopkins Village Food Tour is a five-hour afternoon bicycle tour of Hopkins, Belize, starting at 2:30 PM, with food at a local eatery and the history of the village told along the way.
Hopkins is a Garifuna village, and it is best understood at street level. You ride through at an easy pace, greeted by neighbours, with the sea beside you much of the way. We eat where the village eats, and meet some of the people whose stories are part of the place.
Food is included, and bikes are provided. You only need to be comfortable on a bike for an easy ride through the village.
